Christmas Support Hours

We would like to make you aware that we are here to support your business over Christmas and New Year. Our support hours are as follows:

• Fri 23rd Dec: 08:00 - 12:00
• Sat 24th Dec (Christmas Eve): CLOSED
• Sun 25th Dec (Christmas Day): CLOSED
• Mon 26th Dec (Boxing Day): CLOSED
• Tue 27th Dec (Bank holiday): CLOSED
• Wed 28th Dec: 09:00 - 18:00
• Thu 29th Dec: 09:00 - 18:00
• Fri 30th Dec: 09:00 - 18:00
• Sat 31st Dec (New Years Eve): CLOSED
• Sun  1st Jan (New Years Day): CLOSED
• Mon  2nd Jan (Bank holiday): CLOSED

Outside of these hours our help desk will as usual, will be available to provide first line customer support and escalation.  Need less to say we will continue to monitor our systems and our engineers will remain on call to attend to any urgent issues.
 
Regular support will resume from Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
